Delivery time and cost depend on your city and the delivery option you choose:
2-Hour Delivery (Dubai only):
Orders placed before 5 PM (within Dubai city limits) are delivered within 2 hours.
The fee is 50 AED, and it’s free for orders above 700 AED.
Same-Day Delivery:
- Dubai: Orders placed before 5 PM are delivered the same day.
- Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Sharjah: Orders placed before 1 PM are delivered the same day.
The fee is 25 AED, and it’s free for orders above 700 AED.
Next-Day Delivery (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman):
Orders placed before 11:59 PM are delivered the next day.
The fee is 20 AED, and it’s free for orders above 700 AED.
Standard Delivery (All Emirates):
Orders are delivered within 1–3 days, and this service is free.

Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an SMS to confirm your delivery address, once confirmed, your order will be shipped right away.
If the delivery address is not confirmed, we will still attempt to deliver the order to the address added when the order was placed. Our in-house driver will call you while he on the way to you.

If you would like to return an item bought from our online website, simply reach out to our Customer Care team.
Our team will book your return, and a courier partner will pass by within 3 to 5 working days to collect your item. Once your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed according to your payment Method.

Unfortunately, we do not have online exchange services. You may return your online order in accordance with our Terms & Conditions, and once the return is processed, a refund will be issued based on your original payment method.
If you wish to receive an alternative item, you can place a new order on our website.

All debit/credit card payments are refunded to the original card used during checkout. Please note that the refunded amount will appear in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your payment provider.
For payments made through Tabby or Tamara, you will receive a notification via the app once the refund has been processed (within 24 hours). The amount will reflect in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your provider.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as a store credit code, which will be sent to your email and can be used for future online purchases.
